Here at Osteopathy Suffolk we see a lot of complaints that relate directly to office work; these can include lower back ache, thoracic pain, neck stiffness and headaches.
All of these can be helped with office stretches that can be done simply at your chair.
We also recommend standing up and moving at least once an hour and preferably twice an hour.
